2. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is authorised.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable or in the event of pricing errors.

3. Delivery & Collection

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on traffic, weather, and kitchen capacity. If your address is outside our delivery radius, you may be asked to collect your order from the store.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order within five minutes of placing it by calling 0191 555 6555. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; cash refunds are not available for card payments.

5. Allergy Advice

Full allergen information is available on request and on our menu page. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
